Ordering, Delivery & Payment

General information

Each item has been photographed separately to give you the best possible idea of its appearance. The photos are therefore also part of the description. If you have any doubts about an article, we will be happy to send you more information and/or more photos on request.

We will be happy to deliver your order on our next activity, but it is also possible to collect it in Zaventem or to ship it.

For delivery at an activity or for pick-up, this option is provided at checkout, so no shipping costs are charged.

We do our very best to offer a variety of fun, beautiful and unique handmade or purchased Borzoi items in our shop.
If there is a problem with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us, so we can solve it together.
Unfortunately, purchased articles are not refundable.

Payment

For payment we only work with bank transfer, all details will be sent to you automatically after you have confirmed the purchase.

Delivery Terms

Delivery

Delivery is possible on one of our following activities if paid in advance.

Pick-up

You can come and collect your order by appointment in Zaventem, adress details will be provided if necessary.

Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days of receipt of your payment by the method you selected at the time of purchase.

This is normally with tracking and delivery without signature. Shipment with required signature is another possibility. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your package online.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling fees are fixed amounts, while transport fees depend on the total weight. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each order.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.  All items are packed with the greatest care and are very well-protected.
